Heard the kosher resturant will offer traditional foods, light healthy cuisine, vegetarian dishes, fast food gewasy meals, salads & soups -- great food and great prices.

There is a huge community here who is kosher and we have everything else in the neighborhood. Having a 7-11 and rejecting a kosher restaurant points to the demise of humanity, The Orthodox people of this community deserve a nice restaurant and those who don't keep kosher can also eat there. We have opened our neighborhood to over-priced coffee houses, and every other ethnic and "uptown" experience. We have Chinese restaurants, a fine Spanish restaurant, non-kosher luncheonettes - the Jews have been such an important contributor to this community and asking for a kosher restaurant isn't asking for a lot. Nu?
