We need around the clock maintenence teams in different time zones for when major faults happen during special collection events. This has an everlasting effect on individual performance and I, along with a majority of camelot, believe the customers needs should be answered with diligence. In addition, the ticket system should be modified and a live help chat should be made with the around the clock maintenance team. THIS would cause a large spike in player activity, interest, and will decide whether the paying players will continue to spend on this game.
