Knox Countians Support Knox County Board Of Health

Thank you for your dedication to the health and wellbeing of Knox County residents. I have two extended family members who contracted Covid-19. Had they not been mask wearers their viral load would have been much higher. Weeks after supposedly recovering they continue to deal with the lingering effects. As young women they are faced with years of uncertainty about their health. Mitigation against this SARS-Cov-2 virus is not a political issue, and it has nothing to do with freedom and liberty. It has everything to do with unselfish consideration of the community. Had mitigation been mandated early on, this pandemic could have been suppressed. Please continue to do what is right and best to protect the health of Knox Countians. A grateful resident.

We need you as decision makers during the Corona Virus and not business people. Thank you for helping to keep us safe.

Smart leadership will support the expertise of medical community as they try to keep us safe. Without a mask mandate, we will never reduce community spread and people we know and love will continue to die.
