I listen to health officials, not politicians.

Those working for the Health Department should be commended for their tireless efforts to keep Knox County residents safe and not reprimanded and restricted for doing their jobs to the best of their ability. I appreciate their efforts and respect their combined education and wisdom.

Please allow the individuals and group designed to protect and the health and welfare of the public to do their job without political interference.

Science and scientists should have some say in the rule of aw, because our politicians can’t be trusted to not behave in their own self-interests.

The Board of Health is doing incredibly important work for the health of Knox county. It should stay non-partisan, non-political, and fully operational, as outlined in state statute.
