I oppose the parking regulations requiring guests including my elderly parents to park a block away from my house. Who are the people who made this rule?

Mindful and Thoughtful parking ( i.e. Not on curbs , not bordering driveways) should be allowed on Belgrave Place and should be at the owners discretion.

Parking on the street has never in the 10 years I lived here been an issue. Why not fine neighbors for not taking care of there lawns. Why not clean the weeds in cracks of the sidewalks that align the streets. Why not enforce/monitor neighbors with these nasty pets. Why not clear vegetation over growth on sidewalk along Napier behind the houses on Belgrave place. Build a clubhouse for me to entertain my guest and until then parking instructions for my guests will not change. Get a life.

I don't understand how, out of concern for fairness, the association moved from the park-on-one-side-of-the-street idea to a all-parking-on-certain-streets and no-parking-on-other-streets. That is more stupid, not more fair.
There are some folks who, in response to this, are now parking three cars on their driveway and front walk. I don't think our amateur association fully thought out the effect this would have.

The parking restriction wouldn't work for many of the Belgrave residents. It's restrictive and very inconvenient during the rainy and snowy days for those that have kids and have to park away from their houses

Having guests and friends over is important for us, there isn't a need to have parking restrictions in this area at all. The residents will manage.

This is completely unfair. The streets are narrow yes however if you take time and park correctly and pull out your driveway with care their should be no problems

This regulation will make it difficult for us to keep living here. I love that our community is open to lots of visitors. Do not regulate visitors. It's okay if I have to squeeze by some cars sometimes.
