my son has autism. He rides the smaller busses. It is never ok to use the R word when referring to anybody but especially people with disabilities. I am even more offended at Kmarts lack of consequences for this girl who clearly did not learn her lesson by just being talked to. I am signing this to encourage Kmart to take further action and to also have sensitivity training for ALL employees. This isn't just a minor incident this is very offensive and very serious!

Employees are suppose to represent the company they work for. Especially on shift. Making derogatory comments in regards to race, disability etc are not acceptable.

To the manager,
knowing this woman said that in front of a woman that has a special needs children how can you keep her working there? I will be boycotting Kmart until she is fired! That's not cool! Do the right thing!
