I have two twin girls that my dad has now. But I would like to get them back. But he will not let me have them. He had me to sign a paper. It said Robert Mann has petition of Janice and Denise Quintanilla. I have payed my child support and still paying it. But all I had to do is prove to them that I am doing good and then I can get them back. But they will not let me see them. I miss them very much. I have called them and sometimes they do not answer their cell phones when I call them. I pray every night for them to come back to me. I am kind of slow. So they try to take advantige of that. But now I am trying to get them back if I can get the help.
