Bad entertainers led to low ticket sales money and the cancellation of the Sunday show so 1/3 of the funding should be returned to tax payers

Funding was for a 3 day event...only 2 were delivered. One third should be given back...

This years Big Music Fest was poorly organized and the line up of music did not encourage people to come. Give back a portion of this money to the tax payers especially since the Sunday event was cancelled.

For such a poorly planned, attended, and disappointing event, it's appalling our money is going to him when it was far from successful- note a WHOLE day that was cancelled! This was hyped to be bigger and better than the 2014 festival- NOTHING EVEN CLOSE TO BIGGER OR BETTER
