I am very concerned with an increase in notable density, prefer minimal increase. Additionally, medium to high rise buildings change the character of a neighborhood, not to mention increases in traffic, pedestrians and noise. What environmental based benefits are gained by this? Arlington is already very congested!

Arlington does not need more high-density overcrowding encroaching into and onto residential areas. The YMCA is worth preserving for all the services it provides to our community.
