Totally against any price increase and will ask Kirklees council to be more transparent on their spending in other areas rather than looking to make a quick buck on mourning families.

How is it right to increase bereavement prices when a family is grieving after a tragic loss? By increasing these prices, you are not only increasing the stress of those that work in the bereavement service but the family who have just lost somebody close to them. Would you want your family to suffer these burden's on top of dealing with the agony of losing you? How can the death of a person suffice to be made into a money making scheme? This is just a way to rob taxpayer's money, that they have tried so hard to earn. A parliament should behave in a way which is not only morally but ethically correct. How can Parliament work for the people of this country when they are increasing the price of not only the way of life but also the place in which you are buried. People would be turning in their graves by this appalling behaviour. I am only 17 years old so you may be wondering why I am signing this petition. The reason why I am signing this petition is because I am extremely worried about when I die. Would I need to take out a loan so that my family can pay for my burial requirements? Am I going to have to save my whole life in order to lay in the ground? I sincerely hope that the bereavement prices do NOT increase.

These price increase needs to be reconsidered and shouldn't be allowed. This is an expense not affordable for some.

I dont want prices to increase for burial. Instead they should reduce and also we dint gave facility for MRI or CT scanning in Dewsbury and deseased have to be transported to closest one in Bradford. We should have this service in Dewsbury.
