I totally disagree with this price hike, it's morally and humanly wrong. When you lose your loved ones this is the last thing on your minds to worry about and our council is doing there level best screwing you when you need everyone's support at the most needed hour in your lives when your grieving your loved ones.
I believe we already pay too much in first place and they're hiking the prices again it's outrageous.
If the council feels they cannot avoid these rises in cost let me give you a suggestion let us do the digging and burial ourselves and I promise you it will cost us less than half what we already paying now. It's daylight robbery even the dead are not spared by this heartless council.

People are all ready in debt due to people dying in there family now this will just increase people's debt more and affect the families more In the long run as losing a loved one is not enough

I buried my father in law in hull in April 2017 and the the cost was under £1000 so Kirklees council need to stop taken advantage of the people who live in there borough
