Kirklees Council needs to consider the families of deceased who will be hit extremely hard. Whoever came up with these figures is also one day going to pass away. Be considerate KMC.

I Work for the public sector I think this is appalling, they need to reduce management to make savings not charge the deceased - shame on u Kirklees
