Kirkland City Council needs to stick to the agreed upon 20 year plan

Kirkland is being developed at a much greater rate than the GMA requires and the 20 year plan calls for. There is no reason or benefit to development at this pace.

It seems that money talks in most of our neighborhoods, with zoning totally ignored. Why are homes being build just 5 feet apart in many places. That has to be a fire hazard.

The City of Kirkland is destroying my quality of life w/o a blink of an eye. They are well aware. All the apartments they want to put on NE 85th St will put so much traffic on this street that it will block me & others from any leaving their homes (off of 131st St NE & NE 85th). The infrastructure cannot keep up with the gigantic city that they want to turn Rose Hill & adjoining neighborhoods into. They expect skyscrapers to be built here! Stop it now! Sign the petition!
