Kirby's Law petition is for grandparent rights grandparents should have the right to watch and help there grandchildren grow up. yet some parents wont allow it.why should grandparents and grandchildren suffer that closeness than is between grandparents and grandchil just because some parents dont like the grandparents.this should not have any bearing on the relaction ship between grandparent and grandchild.
