Kinjac Dr Sidewalk Extension

We desperately need a sidewalk on this stretch to ensure pedestrian safety.

This is a blind stretch of road that would be much safer with a sidewalk.

Please add to sidewalk on Kinjac before a tragedy occurs.

This sidewalk is much needed, especially for all the children

OVERDUE, much needed extension: Since many of the individuals walking down Kinjac either (a) don't understand that walking in the middle of the street isn't safe or (b) know this and don't seem to care, a sidewalk is absolutely imperative. This situation is a looming disaster. Regrettably, it's highly likely that, without this much needed sidewalk, someone will be walking in the street... around one of the two blind curves...a car will be traveling too fast... Especially around the corners where (even travelling less than the posted speed) it is at times very dangerous because some children AND adults walk "in the road" around the two blind curves. At least if there is a sidewalk, this will encourage those individuals who don't walk smartly on Kinjac to at least use this much needed addition. To the individual(s) who spear-headed this petition and who are leading this extension, great initiative! All of us appreciate your efforts. Sincerely, kevin

Please place Kinjac high on the list for considered sidewalks. Students walk to school from this location, residents are able to access shopping but neither can do it safely. High speeds and curves in the road + no sidewalks is a recipe for diaster. Cheryl Mayerik

Students need to feel safe walking to school-- basic need.

We need the side walk as traffic is high during morning

I think this would be a great idea. The road is curvy and some of the residents on Kinjac don't trim their bushes or mow often enough to keep a clear line of sight.

This is greatly needed. Kinjack is the only road in and out and is extremely dangerous for adults and kids. It is greatly needed as long as water drainage is addressed properly and all the trees in the east side of the road are not harmed. There are many strong old trees where a sidewalk would go. I am also opposed to a special assessment. My taxes doubled last year. A rude awakening to the way Cobb has decided to conduct business. I am for a sidewalk without increase of taxes! This road was recently paved and this should have been addressed already unfortunately. Thank you.

With all the curves and semi-blind areas it makes sense to have a sidewalk on this busy road.

We need sidewalk extensions added on Kinjac Dr. to protect people from getting hit! We have elderly people, students that walk to school, walkers and joggers.....SAFETY comes first!
