I am a resident of the City of Kingston and am strongly in favor of city council allowing Lowes to locate in Kingston on Gardeners Road. I am strongly in favor of the jobs and taxes that Lowes will create in Kingston. Therefore, I hereby request that Kingston City Council reconsider it’s recent decision to deny Lowe's request to re-zone land on Gardiners Road.
