The Tri-Cities area has a regional population of around 500,000 people and this would be a prime location for a Costco.

Please bring Costco to the Tri-Cities Crossing development at I-26 and I-81. It would be an excellent and profitable location for Costco. Northeast Tennessee needs an alternative to Wal Mart & Sam's Club, not to mention the high paying jobs.

Sam's Club needs some competition in this area, and I know from experience that Costco offers much better value, as well as a much more pleasant shopping experience
