We are needing to call a special meeting to elect a board for our HOA. This is important in order to be able to run our HOA ourselves and decide who is responsible for what tasks. We need 2/3 of our homeowners to agree to this meeting for it to happen so if you wouldn't mind signing this agreeing that we should have a meeting for this purpose that would help get our HOA established!
