Final supporters
Dear Dr. Davis,
The Pharmacy Class of 2015 would like to propose a movement regarding our kinetics class in order to benefit all of the students in our class. We are asking that you consider changing the weighted percentage of our homework grade from 10% to 20%. After a very challenging semester, it appears that there is a large number of our classmates that are below the passing grade of a 69.5%. We are asking that you consider increasing this grade in order to allow the students who are on the border to progress in our program to the next semester. Next semester is our last of classes, with APPE rotations coming up soon after. At this point in our schooling, we have made it so far through a rigorous curriculum and do not want to see any of our classmates have to repeat an entire year. As a class, we would like to stick together and ensure that all students who are close to passing will progress along with the rest of us. Please take into consideration this proposal from our class, and we greatly appreciate the time you have spent already looking into the grades of our classmates. Any help would be greatly appreciated to allow our class to continue farther into our program and work our ways to our Doctor of Pharmacy degrees on course for 2015 graduation.

I have been hearing from so many of you about the immense pressure we are all under during this final push. We are currently organizing a formal meeting to present these concerns directly to faculty so they understand exactly what is at stake for our cohort.

Seeing so many of my classmates back this proposal gives me real hope that we can all cross the finish line together. I am truly humbled by the unity shown here as we fight to keep our cohort intact for the final stretch.

It feels unfair to fail after all the effort put in this semester. Just trying to finish our degree without a massive delay.
Seriously hope you listen to us. We have put in so many hours and just want to graduate on time with everyone else.
please consider this. We have worked so hard to get this far and it would be devastating to set anyone back a full year over a few points.
This class has been brutal. A little bump in the homework weight would be a huge help to get us to rotations on time.
