I agree with this petition and would favour my child going to the same highschool her peers she has grown to call friend go to.

These children already have to travel so far to attend school. It would be a crime to tear them from their friends at such a sensitive age too.

We would like to request CBE to consider our request and change our middle school to Simon Fraser. Living in Kincora it would be more convinient for kids to be going to this school and attend it with their friends other than starting new school and going through hard time making new friends. We have two kids attending Simons Valley school right now and bussing our older one next years to far away school would be very hard for us as well. Please change our designated school, we would greatly appreciate that. THANK YOU!

Please send Kincora kids to Simon Fraser. Kincora kids would lose most of their friend base at this crucial time when peers are so important if they can't go to Simon Fraser. This may negatively impact them and result in poor choices, in order to establish new friendships. This change has the potential to undermine parents hard work when children are younger and have influence in helping them form friendships.

We request our Kincora area kids also can go to the same junior high school(Simons Fraser) with them classmates whom study together in the same elementary school, please don't let them separate.

In addition to friends being split up as mentioned,as a Kincora parent I would find Simon Fraser to be closer to get to than GPV for school events and such. Simon Fraser makes more sense all around.

We live in Kincora and I know that our kids would definitely benefit from this. From my experience as a student I can remember how difficult it was not having as many familiar faces in this new stage of growing and developing.
