Kentucky clerk Kim Davis to be fired

The people for the termination of employment for Kim Davis, the Rowan County clerk who has repeatedly refused to issue marriage licenses to same-sex couples. As she has proven the inability to do her job as a Rowan County clerk by unlawfully discriminating against homosexual couples seeking marriage licenses.
On April 28, 2015 the U.S. Supreme Court ruled that "The fourteenth amendment requires a State to license a marriage between two people of the same sex and to recognize a marriage between two people of the same sex when their marriage was lawfully licensed and performed out-of-state."

By signing this petition, we demand that Kim Davis, of Rowan County, be terminated from her position at the Rowan County clerk's office and to be denied further employment for the State.
Despite her compliance to not interfere with coworkers issuing of licenses at the Clerk's office; it is determined that Kim's discrimination and unlawful actions justify her termination.
