The "red light camera", another unconstitutional due process to bring us back to a civil anarchism! If only this petition existed back 2 years ago when, I too received the one and only red light ticket for me. But, with no knowledge or defense I knew I was set up with an illegal, shorter timed red light.

Total scam. Got a ticket on a right turn even though I came to a complete stop. They just want the cash.

These cameras are purely for revenue and have nothing to do with road safety. Sick of feeling like a wallet for the city to pick whenever they want.

Predatory red light cameras & corruption abounds

Safety not the reason, many wrong bases proving this fact! I’ve heard some reasons from complainers that may raise concerns and are saying even with public awareness to slow vehicle operators; there have been mechanical flaws to generate just the opposite as of their safety reasons. For example; bright flashes from cameras at night, blinding to those in the turning lanes, way too short stops, unsafe in fear of the “red light camera” at those intersection and possibly claims on distractions from minute percentage that lurk to find where these cameras are stationed in hopes to avoid those intersections. These are perhaps way too finicky reason for me but still, discouraging concerns since the changing our way of right for due process. Has anyone done research with statistics on accident percentage drop or any fatal avoidance? Just a thought…
