Title of Petition: Kile Henrich’s Character Purpose of Petition: To testify to Kile Henrich’s character as an extremely competent and loving father as well as an upstanding person of integrity in the community, with the ultimate purpose to convince the Department of Human Services (DHS) of Josephine County to return to Kile Henrich the custody of his two children, Kilee and Taylor Henrich. Background of Petition: On March 27, 2012, the DHS of Josephine County took temporary custody of Kilee and Taylor Henrich. DHS accused Kile Henrich of “causing emotional abuse” to his children by “coaching” them against their mother. Petition: We, the undersigned, find the accusation against Kile Henrich to be invalid and unjust. We sign this petition to demonstrate our willingness to testify on behalf of Kile Henrich as an extremely competent and loving father as well as an upstanding person of integrity in the community. We, the undersigned, petition that the custody of Kilee and Taylor Henrich be returned to their father.
