As a big GAA fan and someone who attends (almost) every Tipp match and many other matches in both codes as a neutral, I'm absolutely disgusted with the GAA's actions. I've long been a fervent defender of theirs but this carry-on is indefensible.

Fairness and equality applies to all counties. Not just a select two or three.

This is NOT a health and safety issue at all. Let the game take place in Newbridge - all those with season tickets from Kildare and Mayo will be accommodated and the rest can buy tickets online. From a Dub.

As if the deal with Sky wasn't enough the GAA now prove once again how money truly is their God. Not one inch should Kildare budge. Wouldn't mind only this is a rule created by the GAA hierarchy. Newbridge or nowhere.

Kildare should get their home advantage as the rules of the draw dictate

The GAA are completely wrong to move this game. Gives both Mayo and Tyrone an advantage they should not have. Seems like the gaa wants to manipulate the outcome.

It's not who's right but what is right. Stick to the rules, and play the game where it should be played, Newbridge.
