Kierans a 12yr old boy who was badly injured in a play park in Darlington. He recieved a serious brain injury as wasnt expected to live, it was proved to be a deliberate act but as the law stands it could only be classed as a section 18 which is G.B.H! The 14 yr old girl that injured kieran was given a 9 month refferal order because that is all the law could allow and this needs to be changed. Kier...an was only 11 yrs old when this incident occurred but it was seen on cctv to be a case of BULLYING.
