I am the grandma of one of the students attending KV and I love that the school is clean and the ratio of student to teacher is small. Also that they provide music and language as part of the curriculum.

Kidz Village should have UPK program , this is the only school where I would send my son but unfortunately DOE did not make this posdible

As a parent and a hard working mother I would only send my child to Kidz Village but it will be possible only with the help from DOE, please let Kidz Village have UPK .

Kidz Viilage is the only school in Maspeth that should be awarded with the free UPK. Kidz Village is the school where the children can enjoy their childhood and are getting the best education.

As a certified teacher myself, it has been my pleasure to visit Kidz Village. Teachers are deeply committed to providing students with common core-aligned curriculum, tailoring it to each student’s individual needs. Not only are teachers dedicated to providing students with a rigorous academic education, they are also invested in the social and emotional well being of the children. Educators at this school believe that parent involvement is key to the success of their students and work to make sure that all families are involved. This school is an essential part of the community. I hope that the Department of Education will kindly reconsider their decision and help provide the children with high quality pre-k!
