I am starting a petition to let kids vote. Please sign my petition!
Right now the voting age is 18. I knew a lot when I was 6 and so did my friends! I think kids should be able to vote when they turn 6. The voting age was changed from 21 to 18 almost 40 years ago. Now it is time to lower it again! Let's tell Congress this is what we want to happen.

my 10yo knows more about local taxes than half the people i work with. if they have to live under the laws they should get some say in who makes them.

I believe that kids should vote. Adults are more for the popular vote and not breaking down the issues when kids are doing this and watching debates figuring out which candidate can help the important issues we face today instead of it just being a popular vote.
