The reason i am starting this petition is because the school Walt Clark Middle School is outlawing the wearing of the hats and hoods in the school premises. I am trying to get that rule abolished so that kids can be happy and wear hats and hoods in the school. It is like i say, "If kids can concentrate with hoods and hats on and be able to do the work, I say let them wear them."
