My name is Daniel McKay and I am creating this online petition to spread the word about keeping guns out of the hands of youth and creating other avenues of interest by redirecting youth to finding a hobby or discovering a talent and cultivating it instead. Between 2006 and 2010 47,856 lives were lost in the United States at the hands of guns and i would like to raise awareness and encourage young adults to take a stand against guns and weapons of all sorts. By signing this petition and spreading the word for others to sign, you will be pledging to: NOT OWN or OPERATE a firearm as well as educate a young person on the possible dangers of owning or operating firearms. For every young person you get to sign or pledge a possible life will be saved. I appreciate your support in helping me spread the word! Daniel
