The requirement to go to Worcester Royal Hospital for so many services is particularly harsh for disabled persons unable to drive. They are forced to use poor public transport links or be taken by car owners who are then unable to park near the hospital. Taxis are an alternative but prohibitively expensive. The same applies if visiting a friend or relative at Worcester Royal.

Worcester and Kidderminster have featured significantly in mine and my husbands life over the past 2yrs.The Drs and nurses at all levels have been caring ,considerate and absolutely over worked .Yes we had to wait to be seen but we were always acknowledged on arrive . I don't understand how people can complain about waiting until an appropriate dr is available. Well done to you all and a great big thank you .

Worcester Royal cannot cope, recently had an appointment at the cardiology unit, the waiting room was full. Patients were waiting in the corridor.

my mum died at Kidderminster hospital... staff were amazing and having this on my door step was so much easier and less stressful in a very difficult time. I want all family's to have this in the most difficult situation that you will ever go through in your life.

Worcester is a great hospital but very much over stretched for some services. I'm still waiting for the OK for a stroke I had in march, the paper work seems to be the worst. I've been left high and dry as what to do now !!
