How many more people have to die before Kidderminster hospital is reopened. It may be expensive to reopen c block ,but what is more valuable money or lives

In an emergency the people in Kidderminster and surrounding areas, have to access services in Worcester, which considering that Kidderminster was downgraded, and used to have A & E services seems a waste of a good hospital and the services it used to offer

I think it is evident from recent publicity that Worcester hospital can not cope with the volume of patients, we have a perfectly good hospital right on our doorstep, use it!

Kidderminster people campaigned to keep the hospital open. Now we are seeing the result of the short sightedness of the powers that be! Worcester cannot cope and it's too far to travel in an emergency.

My nan died at Worcester sadly as it took ages for them to get her to Worcester, if Kidderminster hospital was still open, she would be still here, think about other people, then just yourselves, and being asthmatic I have to travel to Worcester hospital for treatment when I can't breathe.

Both myself and my wife feel very strongly about this, My wife had cancer and had an operation at Redditch in 2010 and also had two hip operations since - so by closing Kidderminster and also parts of Redditch seems pointless when people are dying at Worcester.
I am waiting for an operation date and am in no rush to go to WORCEST ER at all what a waste of facilities at both Kidderminster and Redditch when they are both already there,.

We desperately need an A&E. Worcester is too far, god forbid someone had a heart attack but they could be dead before they got to there!! Kidderminster A&E you have more chance of survival.

It doesn't take a brain surgeon to have known that when the idiotic Labour Party Government told our then MP David Lock to wind his neck in and conform (which he did) concerning the closure of Kidderminster A&E - it was even then trying to squeeze a quart into a pint pot at Worcester.
That was why Dr Taylor became our lone Governmental voice.
And surprise surprise - the 'experts' are now raising (and washing) their hands in shock and horror at their own ineptitude.
Let the people decide what is needed - we know best and we pay for it!

It is terrifying to think that if there was an emergency, Worcestershire Royal is the nearest hospital. It is far too far away, for far too many people, particularly if you also factor in waiting for an ambulance.
Give us back our hospital
Ridiculous big hospital and no emergency
