I had a relative of mine in Worcester royal hospital just before Christmas, and was still in hospital until 5 Jan 17 because I can't drive it cost me £30 each way by taxi on normal days, Christmas Eve it cost me £74 and because it was time and a half bank holiday the cost was £86, I'm disabled and only have a limited amount of money so opening Kidderminster, it would have been a lot easier to get to Kidderminster hospital to see my relative cause I could have used my chair to get to the hospital and it would have been a lot cheaper and a lot less stressful to get to.

Kidderminster hospital was a great hospital. I had 5 ops there, all were done well, no infection.

It would relieve pressure from Worcester Royal COMMON SENSE I think Worcester Royal has a large area to cover I'm not surprised it struggles

Worcester hospital cannot cope, Kidderminster hospital should never have been downgraded in the first place, please please reopen Kidderminster hospital as a fully functioning hospital with all services.

more and more patients and services are being drained on Worcester. Kidderminster had the facilities for the residents - it needs re-instating as we are living longer!

Why should we have to make a 40mile round trip to worcs hospital when there is an hospital
in Kidderminster. I had my mastectomy op at Kiddy and was cared for well.I am 77 and recently was given an appointment at Worcs but declined as I did not feel it was right to travel that far for a bone scan.No wonder all the hospitals that are left to cope with a larger population cannot cope.

It's still a lovely hospital and what a waste. We need it back Worcester are all ready over crowded and when they shut redditch hospital it's going to get worse

When the NHS is in such dire straights and there's a perfectly good hospital going to waste open your eyes all you politicians and pen pushers.DO WHATS RIGHT.
