Worcester can not cope and kiddminster is a good. Hospital so why not use it instead of losing it and shuting down wards Worcester would be grateful of the help and pressure off them Worcester hospital is just not big enough should have kept the old ronkswood and the old Royal there is two.much space wasted in the new hospital main foyer is a waste of big space.and have to walk miles for some of the depts

Traveling 14 miles to Worcester and 19 miles to redditch is unacceptable in an emergency or when you are having to make your own way there with a passenger that is in severe pain. Kidderminster is within easy reach of everyone in the surrounding area and they have some of the best care, experienced staff and cleanliness In the country. The extra stress that has been put on the patients when they can not be helped by Kidderminster because they "do not have the facility's there anymore" is unmeasurable, Not to mention the knock on mental effects to the doctors and nurses when they know they have the knowledge to treat whatever they are faced with but can't because the hospital again "does not offer those facility's anymore". This needs to stop and government need to fund and reinstate these services to the community's they are meant to be serving.

The last few months the amount of pressure put on WRH and its staff has been extreme, surely this provides all the evidence needed that Kidderminster Hospital needs to be a fully functioning facility.Save this hospital, give the community and its patients the care they deserve.Show some respect for the dedicated staff at Kidderminster Hospital, make them feel valued.

In 2009 my father spent his last few days in the G.P. Unit and in 2013 my mother was nursed back to health after a life-threatening fall at home. On both occasions they were given exemplary care and treated with kindness and respect. Common sense dictates that this level of care could never be replicated in patients' homes. Closure of the G.P. Unit is cost-saving and nothing else. The hospital in Worcester has always been too small, and is even more so now, with all the new homes being built in Worcestershire. When will somebody in authority show a modicum of intelligence and give Kidderminster a greater share of the load!!

I spent some time in Worcs hospital and the place is in disarray! To strip Kidderminster of more services and reroute to Worcester is foolish to say the least. Leave our hospital alone!!

It's ridiculous sending people to get better treatment to another hospital as we used to have a great local living and working hospital in wyre forest area upto 12-15 years ago. I am still recovering from phymonia last march and April i was rush into Worcester acute hospital with phymonia but if we had an fully function A and E department at Kidderminster i believe that I would not be on oxygen now after getting phymonia and the Nora virus whilst i was in Worcester acute hospital.

I am particularly passionate about the reasons why our hospital should return to a full functioning hospital in 1995 my baby daughter was a patient on the children's ward for 13 months until she died we would not have coped with this awful situation had she been in Worcester the staff at this time and the doctors were amazingly wonderful and supportive we were able to have lots of support from family as the hospital was local to all our friends & family this would not have been the case if we had had to travel to Worcester every day.

It would benefit the hospital and the town to reopen the wards, there are so any people travelling to Worcester and either not receiving the care they need due 2 staffing shortages or not making it to the hospital and giving birth in cars on the way, I for one would love to see the maternity unit open again so that a lot of us women don't have to worry about getting the Worcester if we don't drive as Kidderminster is a lot easier to get to
