The trust confirmed they are reinstating these essential services at our local hospital. I am completely drained after this long fight but seeing this result makes it all worth the struggle. We need to stay watchful to ensure they actually follow through on this promise.

We would like to petition to Worcestershire Acute Hospitals NHS Trust to bring services back to Kidderminster Hospital.

With the closure/removal of services of other hospitals within the Worcestershire area, this has added enormous pressure onto the Worcestershire Royal Hospital, long A&E delays, lack of beds and poor employee satisfaction.

We believe having a perfectly functional hospital in Kidderminster is the right way forward for everyone, this would save having the hassle and stress of getting to Worcester Hospital for treatment, visiting or in an emergency.

Please show your support and sign this petition to bring more and more services back to Kidderminster Hospital!

Please give us a 'like' if your on Facebook https://www.facebook.com/moreservies4kidderminster

Thank you

We hit 2,500 signatures today and the exhaustion is finally starting to feel like it might be worth it. It is difficult to keep pushing when the walls seem so thick but seeing these names makes it impossible to stop now.

We just hit one thousand signatures and the weight of this effort is finally starting to feel real. It has been a long road of silence from the Trust but your numbers prove that we are not alone in wanting these services back where they belong.

My dad nearly died when I was little and was treated at Kidderminster, after 8 pint blood transfusion he survived, he would have never made it to Worcester and I would have grown up not knowing him, please bring back a and e and save more lives

Kidderminster and its surrounding area is growing rapidly and needs a fully functioning A & E Dept at the very least. This would also reduce pressure on Worcester Hospital which, as we all know, was not big enough when it was first built, let alone now!!

I live in Kidderminster and have 3young children and having to travel to other hospitals because of not having wot we need local is very stressful for all ages and in a emergency like in a life or death situation we need our hospital close to hand.

I worked at Kidderminster hospital for 30 plus years, and have always thought it was a wicked shame when it was downgraded. Dr Richard Taylor tried his hardest to save it, but unfortunately did not succeed. Please let's give it another go.

It is ludicrous in this day an age for a woman to have to travel that far to have her baby. There is a fully kitted out unit going to waste. you spent loafs of tax payers money doing up the hospital only to close most of it down. This is unforgivable

at the moment we are traveling back and forth several times a month to Worcester hospital. It's costing a fortune, also if my moms illness gets worst and a 999 call is made ... She proberly wouldn't back the distance. Please re open Kidderminster asap

Take the strain off having to go to Worcester hospital and open kiddy back up! Most people cant afford the travel with the cost of living and £30 each way in taxis is horrendous

They want to spend money expanding Worcester A&E when there is room at Kidderminster to resume the service. Parking at Worcester is impossible - I have a blue badge and cannot park near the entrance as the spaces are usually full. They are just pig headed.
