Highly deceptive and false assurances. Considering the gratuitous amount of money raised above the target, there is no justification for this. I would be interested in joining a class-action lawsuit

Very few updates, no actual progress at all. They have clearly never intended on following through with this and took many people for lots of money. This was a scam from the beginning.

Companies need to be held accountable, including the platform provider. What are you doing Kickstarter? With GDPR and other legal action being taken, it only makes sense to get ahead of actions like this. Shame on the both of you!
