The student should have to take courses on the history of the LGBTQ+ community and anti-bullying counseling. Rewarding this type of behavior is unacceptable.

As a queer woman I find this unbelievable..how dare this student even lay his HANDS on ANYONE especially one who's expressing themselves... The way he was laying his hands on that poor student should go to show you that he's a threat to the school and the students that are trying to live and feel safe and free with their identities and sexualities. Permanent suspension sounds right.

This kind of behavior for any student is reprehensible but even more so for one that represents the school. Andrew Hunter should be suspended if not expelled.
