ABSOLUTELY disgusting. He needs kicked off all sports teams, removed from all school activities. The only time he should be allowed on school property is to go to school. Community service everyday after school until he graduates. AND if anyone of the above is not followed he does not graduate. Or even better kick him out of the school altogether.
