There is no reason this child should be involved with extracurricular activities that involve other children. He clearly harassed somebody and used violence to do so.

It’s all “freedom of speech!” with these kind of people until it comes to someone THEY disagree with. Perfectly fine for them to use imagery associated with actual violent/terrorists groups but a kid wearing a pride flag is a problem. this behavior is inexcusable and should not be condoned.

He yanked that student off the table unprovoked, because of the colors of the flag they were displaying. I have personally fractured my tailbone from a similar type of fall, and that is one of the types of injuries to which he risked subjecting this student. Hate and intolerance begins in youth, and patterns of behavior become established that become life long. If we continue turning a blind eye to the intolerance of our children our society will never thrive.
