If he gets by with this then you are not only adding insult to injury for the victim, you are also encouraging this behavior in the future. A simple suspension for the perp is NOT enough. He needs to understand his behavior is NOT acceptable and there are REAL consequences for these types attacks.

Funny if it was the American flag or a confederate flag the school would’ve took stronger actions/the guy would’ve been charged with assault

This young men is dangerous and what he did is very hatefull. He should go to a special school who would manage his temper, otherwise he is a danger to others.

As a former student-athlete, we stood for leading by example. This is not leadership. This is cowardly. This is not fostering a respectful competitive spirit and should not be representative of a student-athlete.
