This student should not only be removed from any athletic program that he is involved in, He should be expelled for an unprovoked assault against another student. This action is a monstrosity and I would imagine that anything short of expulsion would leave the school district open to litigation. Furthermore, any adult displaying this kind of behavior or attacking another person like this would be arrested and charged with battery at the LEAST. This student was clearly well aware of his intention of assaulting the other student beforehand as someone was already recording and several other students were already laughing and watching as the assault unfolded. Absolutely despicable actions on Andrew Hunter’s part, would not be surprised if this has an impact on his ability to get into colleges of choice.

Prosecute to the fullest extent allowable and definitely remove him from school sports teams. He doesn't deserve to represent his school in any form!
