Why isnt he also being charged with a hate crime? Are they going to push this? The school needs to do more and so does law enforcement. This is an example we can't let slide or more will happen in schools. This year has just begun.

Suspension doesn't even come close to what this young man should face. Shame on this school district for protecting him and not the victim.

This attack was unprovoked, clearly an assault, and blatantly a hate crime. This student should be removed from all extracurricular teams and activities for the remainder of the school year!!

Get Him of, it’s totally disrespectful and he doesn’t deserve to be cheered in a team

Hunter should no longer have the privelege to represent the school in any sports team. He commited a hate crime, and should be punished accordingly. There's no doubt he will continue to attack other students if he is not held accountable.

Disgusting, he should absolutely face more punishment than a slap on the wrist for committing a hate crime. His parents should be ashamed and so should he.

The fact that I’m pretty sure the school seen this video MAYBE and didn’t do anything. That’s alright we’ll do something.

i don’t even go to this school but i support lgbtq+ rights and this is extremely out of line and shows how heterosexual men get special treatment

If AFAB students can be suspended for what kind of shirt they wear, this kid can be expelled for the obvious malicious assault against another student. Should probably have charges placed against him as well.
