Asam Mukrim. Facts to consider: 1) Let us agree that he is not slandering our muthuvappa directly. What right has he got to slander ANYBODY's wife for that matter ? He is not fit to be an Imam who does that in front of an audience.Does he not fear that Allah will slander him in front of an audience? 2) Even assuming there is another person who has taken up our muthuvappa's name and is posing as a Kalipha .Who does HE lead ? The Muhabbeens of our muthuvappa , right? So whose name would they include in their duas-this leader's or our muthuvappa's? His contention is , that one such marriage which included our muthuvappas's name , ended with the wife running away. What is this if not defamation of our muthuvappa? Any which way , we demand he be removed from his post and that he render an apology !

An Imams duty is to guide people to the right path, not to slander a person who has done wrong!!!. He should be disbarred

Spreading the fasadh of a woman's unproven misdeed known to only a few people infront of 1000 people, cannot and should not be referred as an imam in amy masjid, he should be dismissed from his post

He must be punished severely for talking very bad about Halwath Naayagam(RA)
