To: Paul Hosley (KGO Radio news and program director) and Cumulus Media,
On behalf of KGO listeners who miss Gene Burns, Gil Gross, Len Tillem, Joanie Greggains, Ray
Taliaferro and John Rothmann - we seriously question the abrupt change
to "all news" format in place of these talented radio personalities. As
you are well aware, we have plenty of outlets where we can listen to
"all news" but what kept us coming back to KGO Radio was the fact we
could call in and voice our opinions. Now the call in time is cut short
and "all news" leaves the airwaves stale and repetitive. We want Gene
Burns, Gil Gross, Len Tillem, Joanie Greggains, Ray Taliaferro and John Rothmann to be hired back on
and to have a true newstalk platform.
