We, the undersigned, urge the Village of Key Biscayne to establish access channels whereby residents of Key Biscayne may access the ocean for activities such as paddle boarding, kayaking, windsurfing, canoeing, kite boarding, and other non-motorized water sports. We urge the Village to provide one such access channel off the widest part of the Village beach, just south of the Crandon Park boundary, and elsewhere as deemed appropriate by the Village.
