To: Cliff Avenue United FC Board of Directors

On behalf of U11-boys volunteer coaches, parents and players, we would like to request the reinstatement of Kevin McManus as coach and coordinator of U11-boys soccer at Cliff Avenue United soccer club.

We believe that Kevin is an asset to the club and U-11 boys players based on his many years of contribution to the club. The decision by the Cliff Avenue Directors to not allow Kevin to coach or coordinate U11-Boys is to the detriment of the entire U11 group of players. We believe that this decision is unfair, excessively punishing, and was made without proper consultations of key stakeholders including U11 volunteer coaches and parents.

By signing this petition, we respectfully request that the Directors of Cliff Avenue United FC reverse their decision, and allow Kevin McManus to continue in his role as coach and coordinator for the U-11 Boys of Cliff Avenue.
