Kevin is always reliable and willing to lend a hand. There were days when I needed something urgently and Kevin delayed or altogether sacrificed his lunch hour without complaint to help me out. That kind of dedication and commitment to the residents of the Hague is rare and should not be taken for granted. Reinstate Kevin's hours!

Kevin is a great employee! Let him keep his schedule. He’s the only reliable one in this place. At least he responds to requests since the super never does.

We have been lucky with our staff they are hard working and honest people that should be treated with respect. I personally feel that it’s unfair with the change of hours they did to Kevin especially someone that commutes double zone. We should put ourselves in his feet.

Kevin is such a great asset to our building. He is an honest , reliable ,hard working family man . He has been with us a while Many other workers have come and gone kevin has been consistent. There as to be a middle ground here some kind of compromise to keep him at at Hague. I'm sure there will be someone that can be hired to work the late shifts.
Sincerely Frances Brown #9

I have known Kevin since the 6th grade! He is intelligent, a hard worker and all about friends and family and helping those in need without question. Over the past several months, Kevin has been tasked with an overwhelming amount of responsibility and work that ultimately resulted in him becoming ill. He lost 27 lbs in one month. His lunch breaks were compromised due to lack of staffing, he would go long periods without eating and constantly interrupted during breaks. NOT ONCE did he complain to anyone... and as someone close to him, I know how difficult it was for him to agree to have to take time out of his job to handle his medical issues. He was excited about upcoming Black Seal classes and growing with all of you. From an adult perspective The Hague does not offer medical benefits and barely any PTO. He’s there solely due to his loyalty and love for the residents. Changing his schedule will conflict with his visitation with his eldest child who lives 2 hours away and sees on a weekly basis. Aside from that, he will also miss out on activities with his step children whom he is raising as his own. All he is asking is for The Hague to give him the same priority he has given them and allow him to keep his schedule. He isn’t asking for more pay (although he should; he deserves it)- just the chance to continue his 730-4pm schedule M-F. Simple enough.
P.s. Whoever chose Denali to run this place obviously is not too keen on researching reviews!

Kevin is the best! Extremely friendly and hard-working. When I first moved in he went above and beyond in helping me learn the ropes around the building. It would be a shame to lose such a valuable member of The Hague.
