Keswick School have looked into having one but unfortunately there is no suitable site for it within the school grounds.

In their day and age it’s disgraceful that Keswick School does not have a 4g pitch. The majority of secondary schools and sports clubs in west cumbria have access to these enabling year round training / matches regardless of the weather

A much needed facility for the local community and long overdue. For far too long parents in the Keswick area and surrounding villages are driving miles to different towns at considerable expense to access decent leisure and sporting facilities for their children. It’s about time Allerdale done the right thing and invested in decent leisure facilities in Keswick for the people who live here.
