In the matter of the parole hearing for William P Kessinger KDOC# 40711: I/We stronger urge that the parole for William P Kessinger KDOC# 40711, convicted and admitted murderer of Cathryn Lynne Hutchins (Kessinger) on May 6, 1984, be denied. I/We feel Mr. Kessinger has not served sufficient time considering the premeditation and brutal aspect of the murder. I/We also feel the Mr. Kessinger, if released into the community, may commit crimes of a serious nature. I/We also feel the family of the victim may be in jeopardy if Mr. Kessinger is released.
