Costs need to be reasonable for access to TV for a majority of Kenyans. Otherwise, this may just go on to prove the consumer liability for dominant firms becoming real monopolies in Kenya in the absence of competition.

Am also a victim of this multichoice and i do feel they should reduce their subscription rate if they still want as to continue enjoying their services!

All the programmes like sports that I like are only included in the Premium package.Then I made the mistake of buying the Explora which,within months dropped by half price.Sadly,after many years I have realised that we are being taken for a ride and have now disconnected it.

Since I was forced to change to an Explorer my connection has been lousy and I can't even access most of my favourite (albeit old) programmes! There is no justification for this price raise, in fact it should be lowered.
