DSTV rates should be same in all countries, not one country paying almost double of what others are paying. Kenyans should not allow this kind of exploitation in the name of the shilling depreciating against the dollar

How about the South African company stop this dollar rate excuse. Let them trade in Kenya shillings. We are tired of their rates increasing every fortnight. I will not renew.

We want a level playing field. Ideally, the expectations of subscribers is a move towards lower charges/fees.

The increase comes immediately after another one a few months ago.

Dstv we have been good to you... This price increase shows lack of appreciation for our faithfulness... but no worries, we have options these days.

Much as we appreciate the variety and excitement in the various DSTV packages, the new pricing oozes disrespect to the loyalty of the Kenyan consumer. And seems pretty deliberate since there little or no competition for most of the key channels that interest most Kenya-based subscribers. Unless they can convince us that it costs them over twice to transmit a live epl match in Kenya as much as it would transmitting the same match live in SA, am for the boycott. Streaming live or visiting the bar for a while until this extortion is addressed.

Multichoice is taking Kenyans for a big ride. The management does not seem to understand the consequences of empowered consumers who are disgruntled. We have been viewed as a cash-cow under the BSG model for far too long. Smell the coffee and style up otherwise you shall be left with a handful of clients and wonder what happened. Manage the prices well to an acceptable level and get more customers on board rather than loose what you already have.

It is not reasonable to keep on increasing fees. Every few months

This prices are too extravagant. The content now is not deserving and there is no downward adjustment ever.

DStv is misusing its dominance by arbitrarily adjust prices to suit their own needs. It is unfortunate that they refuse to do the same when the situation favours theirs subscribers. They should now be forced to resell content like what happened in Nigeria

Fleecing their customers day in day out and yet they have repeat shows. DSTV need to shape up or ship out.

Pricing way too high as compared to other countries it provides services to.
